Catholic Church requests that Doctors violate the World Medical Association code of ethics

In the World Medical Association Code of Ethics, it notes:

A PHYSICIAN SHALL always bear in mind the obligation to respect human life.

A PHYSICIAN SHALL give emergency care as a humanitarian duty unless he/she is assured that others are willing and able to give such care.

Yet, the Catholic Church requests doctors not to do that, if the procedure would involve taking an unborn life.

While the moral dilemma posed here seems like fantasy, it seems like a pretty clear-cut case when the end result would otherwise be death for both of them.
